Service hours

  1. Faculty will be provided with door pad number to access the Technology Support Center at any time
  2. Tech /Training Support is provided M-F 8:00am-5:00pm

Rules and regulations

  1. No eating/drinking is allowed in the Technology Support Center.
  2. Please save all your work to a portable external device (e.g., flash drive, external hard drive, or email documents to yourself). We will clean up and delete any documents saved on the computers on a monthly basis.
  3. Student assistants are only allowed to use the Technology Support Center with written permission from their supervisor on an appointment basis. The written permission will include the type of work for the student and the amount of time needed for us to schedule the room. The students will not be given the keypad code. They will need to ask for the IT staff to open the door for them.
  4. Although the network printer is open to whoever uses the Technology Support Center, please avoid excessive printing to preserve supplies for others to use.
  5. Unless specifically noted, CHHD IT will not be responsible for any copyright issue generated from the materials produced from the Technology Support Center.
